I’ve worked as a consultant and trainer - both internally and externally - since 2009.

During my time at Facebook and Adobe I witnessed how challenging it can be for sales reps to win business. On discovery calls, prospects were often more interested in chatting with me than the sales rep who set up the call. Why? They didn’t want to be sold to, they wanted to be educated and understood. 

Unfortunately, as an independent professional provider, I mistakenly thought paid ads and cold calling would grow my business. After months of frustration — and lost revenue — I discovered I was much better off sharing my perspective, experience and personality on social media. As a result, prospects started asking me how I could help with their specific needs. They were also much less likely to haggle about the price and were more excited about entering a partnership. 

My commitment to consistently posting content eventually led to me landing a role as a staff writer at Entrepreneur magazine, landing numerous speaking engagements and being selected for the inaugural LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program.

  • The best way to measure inbound leads and partnership opportunities is through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, such as Hubspot. If you need help using the program we can cover this as well.

    To measure the reach and impact of your posts I suggest using the free tools provided by LinkedIn which we will also cover during the training.

  • If you don’t feel your team is creating content that attracts prospects within 30 days I’ll continue working with you until you get three qualified leads.
